Welcome to the Dropshot App ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our App developed for the Apple App Store. By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully before installation and/or acceptance.

  2. "User" refers to the individual who has downloaded and is using the App.

  3. Make any copies of the App.
  4. Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the App.

8. HealthKit Integration

The App integrates with Apple's HealthKit. By using this feature, you grant the App permission to access your HealthKit data.

9. Bluetooth and Connectivity

The App uses Bluetooth to connect to physical scoreboards and other devices. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on for the App to function correctly.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by us.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice for any reason.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

15. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
